The successful candidate will:

• Hold a recognised EYFS qualification
• Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Demonstrate a caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Support children's learning through play-based activities
• Work effectively alongside teachers and parents to create a positive learning environment
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
