Level 2 Teaching Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and eager to develop their skills within a welcoming and inclusive school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Assist in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions

• Support teachers in preparing and adapting learning materials

• Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Work with pupils with SEND, providing tailored support where needed

• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment

• Supervise pupils during break, lunch, or school activities as required

• Contribute to assessment through observation and feedback

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Has experience supporting children in a school setting

• Is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children succeed

• Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team

• Can use initiative, stay calm under pressure, and follow school procedures

• Is enthusiastic about contributing to all aspects of school life
