HR Administrator – Local Authority - Swindon
£16.62+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working available
3 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the HR & OD function and the full employee lifecycle, including policies, terms and conditions, practices, and procedures.
- Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across all colleague lifecycle processes.
- Ensure all HR queries and processing comply with legislation, policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration.
- Triage and assess HR queries, escalating issues where necessary.
You must have:
- You must have previous experience within HR
- Experience of working directly within a local authority
