We are currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Dartford who are looking to bring on board an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy business delivering a mix of commercial, residential and large-scale projects, with a strong pipeline of work secured.
The Role:
- Commercial management of M&E projects from pre-con through to final account
- Working closely with project and operational teams
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Cost reporting, forecasting and valuations
- Managing variations and contractual matters
Requirements:
- Experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within building services
- Strong commercial awareness across mechanical and/or electrical packages
- Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£10m range
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
