First Achieve's global engineering client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering & Proposal Engineer to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting business development activities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams for bid preparation
  • Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis
  • Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and bid documentation
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers for clarifications and quotations
  • Maintain tender records and proposal databases
  • Ensure all submissions comply with company standards and client requirements


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tendering/proposal engineering
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract documentation
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/proposal software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Electrical / Mechanical industries
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with international standards and bidding processes
