About the Role - What You'll Be Doing: Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and sending accurate quotations
- Working confidently with technical drawings
- Proactively generating and converting leads
- Building relationships with both new and existing clients
- Maximising opportunities within the current customer base
- Communicating effectively with decision-makers - even when the conversations are challenging
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in sheet metalwork, engineering, or manufacturing
- Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Resilient, proactive, and driven with strong commercial awareness
